Cancelation Policy

Effective Date: April 2022

1. Cancellation by Participants:

1.1. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund.

1.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Exceptions:

2.1. Discounted Packages: Participants who have purchased discounted packages, promotions, or bundled offers will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Rescheduling:

3.1. In lieu of a refund, participants who are unable to attend the scheduled event may request to reschedule for an alternative workshop or training or masterclass day, subject to availability.

3.2. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing via email to kath@voiceitpr.com at least 14 days before the original event date.

3.3. Rescheduling requests made after 14 days of the original event may be subject to an additional rescheduling fee.

4. Non-Attendance:

4.1. Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Cancellation by Voice It Podcast Agency:

5.1. Voice It Podcast Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrolment, or other reasons.

5.2. In the event of cancellation by Voice It Podcast Agency, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

6. Refund Processing:

6.1. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

8. Changes to the Policy:
